We typically need your booth size, exhibition name and venue, brand guidelines, logo, product information, preferred style, and any requirements from the exhibition organizer. An exhibitor manual or booth specifications are also helpful.
4. Can you design a booth based on my existing ideas?
Yes. You can provide sketches, reference images, previous booth designs, or simply describe your ideas. We can develop them into a professional booth concept and 3D visualization.
5. Can you provide promotional products with our logo?
Yes. We can source a wide range of customized promotional products from trusted suppliers in China, including bags, bottles, pens, notebooks, lanyards, caps and other exhibition giveaways.
6. Can you provide brochures, banners and other exhibition materials?
Yes. We can coordinate brochures, catalogs, banners, backdrops, display graphics and other print and display materials according to your exhibition requirements.
7. Is there a minimum order quantity for promotional products?
MOQ depends on the product, customization method and supplier. We can recommend suitable options based on your required quantity and budget, including solutions for smaller orders.
8. How long does the design process take?
The timeline depends on the booth size, design complexity and number of revisions. Once we receive your requirements, we will confirm the proposed schedule before starting the project.
9. Can you help with product sourcing and shipping?
Yes. We can coordinate product sourcing and production with suppliers in China. Shipping arrangements can be discussed according to your destination, schedule and order requirements.
